2. போட்டித் தேர்வு

பதிவு செய்யும் போது பங்கேற்பாளர் 200 மீட்டர் அல்லது 300 மீட்டர் போட்டிப் பிரிவுகளில் ஒன்றைத் தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

பதிவு உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகு போட்டிப் பிரிவை மாற்றுவது ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களின் அனுமதிக்கு உட்பட்டது.

3. பதிவு கட்டணம்

போட்டிக்கான பதிவு கட்டணம், பதிவு செய்யும் போது இணையதளத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்படும்.

6. டோக்கன் எண் பாதுகாப்பாக வைத்திருத்தல்

பங்கேற்பாளர் தனது டோக்கன் எண்ணை screenshot அல்லது வேறு பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் சேமித்து வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

டோக்கன் எண்ணை மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிர்வதால் ஏற்படும் தவறான பயன்பாட்டிற்கு ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் பொறுப்பேற்க மாட்டார்கள்.

7. தவறான அல்லது போலியான தகவல்

தவறான, போலியான அல்லது பிற நபரின் விவரங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி பதிவு செய்வது கண்டறியப்பட்டால், அந்தப் பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு.

அத்தகைய சூழ்நிலையில் Refund வழங்கப்படுமா என்பது ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களின் முடிவுக்கு உட்பட்டது.

8. பதிவு ரத்து

நிர்வாக காரணங்கள், போட்டி ஏற்பாடுகள், பாதுகாப்பு காரணங்கள் அல்லது எதிர்பாராத சூழ்நிலைகள் காரணமாக எந்தவொரு பதிவையும் நிராகரிக்க அல்லது ரத்து செய்ய ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு.

9. போட்டி மாற்றம் அல்லது ரத்து

இயற்கை பேரிடர், மோசமான வானிலை, அரசு உத்தரவு, பாதுகாப்பு காரணங்கள், சட்டப்பூர்வ கட்டுப்பாடுகள் அல்லது ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட பிற காரணங்களால் போட்டியின் தேதி, நேரம், இடம் அல்லது நடைமுறையில் மாற்றம் ஏற்படலாம்.

பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் தங்களுக்கும், போட்டியில் தொடர்புடைய பிற நபர்களுக்கும் ஏற்படும் ஆபத்துகளை கருத்தில் கொண்டு பொறுப்புடன் நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

11. இணையதள பயன்பாடு

இந்த இணையதளத்தை சட்டவிரோதமான செயல்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது.

1. Registration

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and valid information during registration.

• Number
• Alliance Name
• Alliance Number

must be accurate and belong to the respective participating team/participants.

The participant is responsible for verifying all information before submitting the registration.

2. Race Selection

Participants may select the applicable race category during registration:

• 200 Meter Race
• 300 Meter Race

Once a registration has been successfully completed, changing the selected race category may be subject to approval by the event organizers.

3. Registration Fee

The applicable registration fee will be displayed on the website during the registration process.

Payments may be made through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway available on the website.

All payment transactions are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the payment gateway and the participant’s bank/payment provider.

4. Payment Confirmation

A registration will be considered successfully completed once the payment has been successfully processed and the registration system confirms the transaction.

If money has been debited from your account but the registration or coupon has not been generated, please contact us with the relevant payment transaction details before making another payment.

5. Token Number

Each successfully completed registration will receive a unique Token number.

Token numbers will be generated sequentially.

For example:

0001 → 0002 → 0003 → 0004

Once a Token number has been issued, it will not be reassigned to another registration, even if the original registration is later cancelled or deleted.

6. Use and Protection of Token

Participants are responsible for keeping their Token number safe.

The Token number may be required at the event venue for registration verification or other event-related purposes.

Participants are advised to save a screenshot or other copy of their Token confirmation.

The organizers will not be responsible for unauthorized use resulting from voluntarily sharing the Token details with another person.

7. False or Incorrect Information

If a participant provides false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information, the organizers reserve the right to reject or cancel the registration.

Any refund in such cases will be subject to the Refund Policy and the decision of the event organizers.

8. Cancellation of Registration

The organizers reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel a registration where necessary due to:
