3. Duplicate Payments

After verification, any eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Event Cancellation

If the event is completely cancelled by the organizers, the organizers will announce whether registration fees will be refunded.

5. Event Date or Venue Change

If the event date, venue, or schedule is changed, the registration may remain valid for the rescheduled event.
